Anxiety/High-Achievers

Relationship Dynamics

When exploring relationship dynamics, we take two approaches depending on the client’s needs. The first involves couples or family therapy which allows us to delve into the dynamics occurring together and explore new ways of connecting, coping and communicating.

The second approach is through individual therapy sessions. In these sessions, we focus on how relationships have impacted you. Whether it be a family member’s impact or a break-up, we are able to help clients have a better understanding of themselves and equip them with tools to navigate different relationship dynamics.

Eating Disorders

We offer compassionate support for individuals struggling with complex relationships with food and body image. Adrienne has extensive professional experience in the treatment of eating disorders. She utilizes inclusive and effective approaches such as Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating. Clients benefit from addressing the emotional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of disordered eating.

Trauma

In trauma-focused therapy, we provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals to heal. We use evidence-based techniques such as EMDR to address the effects of trauma, help clients process emotions, build resilience, and explore more positive beliefs about self. We will work toward fostering, healing and empowering you to move forward with strength and resilience.
